Please be advised that a new release of Expert will be launched this weekend. The update process will start at 9:01 PM ET, Saturday, December 2, and will be completed no later than 6:00 AM ET, Sunday, December 3.
As part of a user’s responsibility for a new Expert release, it is highly recommended to clear your browser cache. Instructions for clearing your browser cache are available from the Expert sign-on page and here.
For this Expert release a new screen titled “My Workspace” is being introduced. “My Workspace” displays up to 200 of your most recently-accessed deals, with up to 30 points of data displayed for each deal. You can configure Workspace to see as little or as much of the deal data as you want. Please review the attached Release Notes of the Expert Help for more information.
